Originally constructed in the Ayutthaya period and is famously called “the temple of King Taksin the Great”, Wat Intharam Worawiharn is a historic royal temple in Bangkok’s Thonburi district, is recognized as the temple where King Taksin performed religious activities and where his cremation took place. Today, it remains a peaceful sanctuary with important relics, murals, and cultural significance.
