Tamarin Falls are one of the most beautiful canyons on the island. Formed by the Tamarin River, which originates in the mountains, 12 picturesque waterfalls fall into deep ponds, amidst lush tropical vegetation. Along the way to the falls there are breathtaking views of the coastline, a sight not to be missed. Making your way to the waterfalls through the greenery of the tropical forest, you can see rare species of birds and plants. Tamarin Falls supply water to the island's two reservoirs and the main hydroelectric power station.
