The white sandy beach of Flic en Flac is one of the longest on the island with a coastline of about 13 kilometers. It attracts tourists and locals throughout the year. Its lagoon is protected by surrounding coral reefs, so there are practically no waves here. The beach offers picturesque views of the Indian Ocean horizon and the Le Morne Brabant peninsula. There is a well-developed infrastructure here, there is a hypermarket, restaurants, banks, communication shops, and various water activities. The beach is clean, there are free toilets and showers. From the beach, every evening you can watch incredibly beautiful sunsets. There is a very lively nightlife here, mostly clubs open after ten o'clock in the evening.
