The Marie Reine de la Paix built on the slope of Mount Sinyo. It is an open-air church with stunning panoramic views of Port Louis. There are 82 steps leading to the top of the building. In 2019, the famous Mass was celebrated in the temple by Pope Francis during his apostolic visit to Mauritius.
