PU Block Ramlila Ground feels like Delhi’s carnival heart. Each autumn, the space transforms into a glowing festival city — rides whirling under strings of lights, food stalls spilling aromas of chaat and kababs, and the stage alive with the timeless drama of Ramlila. Families arrive in waves, children tugging at parents for another ride, elders reminiscing about past performances, and the crowd collectively gasps as effigies of Ravana rise against the night sky. Even outside festival season, the ground holds the memory of these gatherings, a place where community, tradition, and celebration converge.
